Taylor Swift is Melodrama Archivesfinally back with a new single andflashes of her forthcoming music video.

The 27-year-old pop icon dropped "Look What You Made Me Do" — the angsty first single off her upcoming album Reputation — onThursday night, and gave the world a taste of the video to come on Friday morning.

A preview of the video debuted on Good Morning America,showing the ~new~ Taylor decked in jewels, sporting her signature red lips, and looking like a total badass while casually tapping her fierce snake ring-covered, gold finger nails on a throne.

The video is sadly only 13 seconds, so GMAalso shared some photographs from the video so we can stare at them and analyze the heck out them in the weeks to come.

Shortly after the clip dropped, Swift announced on Twitter that the official world premiere of the video would take place during the VMAs, Aug. 28. She then tweeted a 20-second promo which included the words "Brace for impact."
